My name is Julia, I'm from Russia but my granny was Japanese) I speak English and French.
I love figure skating very much! My favourite skaters are Plushenko, Lambiel, Joubert, Weir, Yagudin.And Floran Amodio and Kevin van der Perren (so difficult name!))) too.
Speaking about other skaters I adore Irina Slutskaya! And I like Sara Meier, Michelle Kwan, Alena Leonova.

So..would be nice if someone could post a small note in this topic with the general news of Plushenko. I swear I tried to learn russian but it's SO hard! the alphabet changes 100%!

A show "Kings on ice" was in St. Petersburg on Tuesday and in Moscow on Wednesday. It was so wonderful!!!

Evgeny could be disqualified. He refused to participate in the World championship because of a trauma, but he skates in show. (I hate the president of Russian federation of figure skating because he wished to disqualify Plushenko. We asked Plushenko about his trauma after Moscow show and he said that the operation would be in May. It's really serious.)

Fortunately ISU has no claims to Evgeny. And we hope to see him at competitions next year.

And finally, The national gold medal for Plushenko was presented to his trainer Mishin.

I've been looking for the video of Plushenko making the combination 3-3-2-2-2-2 jumps, in the European ehxibition, do you know where can I watch it?
